Today is Harriet's 1st Birthday! Eeee I can't really believe she's hit the 1 year mark already. It's crazy to think I've had her for nearly 10 months. She picked me up when I lost Mr Socks my cat & has really given me something to focus on and distract myself. As it was a special day I pleaded with my Dad to take some photos (he's finding it harder and harder to do this unfortunately), thankfully he could today and here they are! I hope you enjoy them :) I forgot to do my usual close ups unfortunately! Hope you'll forgive me! x

Lusting: Metallic Belts

Recently I've been coveting all of the metallics this season has brought us. The contrast between metallic belts & a simple dress is really eye catching in a classy & feminine way whilst still edgy! The belts worn at the waist create an hourglass figure & the metallic shine attracts the eye which accentuates the waist! This simple but effective ensemble is a really great look to pair with skater dresses for the upcoming Summer!

I have put together an outfit idea for anyone with a curvier figure to achieve the same look! My personal favourites are the coral sparkle knitted skater dress & the gold jewellery to highlight the metallic theme. What's your favourite?

Rabbit print handmade bunny skirt from etsy! NOTE: I HAVE SINCE REMOVED THE LACE TRIM. I have only worn this skirt a handful of times and is in fantastic condition! The print is really adorable!
It would fit around a UK26+ the waist measurement is 52 inches and length is 20 inches.

Spring Wishlist

Since we are now officially in Spring in the UK, I thought I would have a search around for the perfect spring outfit. It turned out to be quite an optimistic view on a typical English Springtime but hey ho! I am loving coral at the moment and thought I would use that as the basis to this outfit. Most of the items are affordable which is also great news! One of my favourite pieces from the outfit has to be the animal charm bracelet! Also just to add, I really do apologise for being so distant the past few months. I still haven't got my blogging motivation back fully & with the added problem of not being at home this week without anyone to help with blog photos it's been rather difficult to get posts out.
